Why this matters to me

For more than 30 years, I built and led my own businesses. I understand the pressures and responsibility that come with a successful career. I also know what it feels like when the role you've worked so hard to create no longer feels quite the right fit.

Like many of the women I work with, there came a point when I began asking different questions. Not because I'd lost my ambition or ability, but because my priorities were changing. At 57, the obvious assumption was that I should be thinking about retirement. But I wasn't ready to stop contributing, I simply wanted to contribute differently.

That realisation shaped the philosophy behind ProAge and inspired the PROAGE Clarity Framework™. I believe the years leading to and beyond traditional retirement aren't about winding down; they're about choosing how you want to use everything you've learned.

Today, I help accomplished women make sense of what's changing, rethink what's possible and confidently shape what's next on their own terms.

Pause: create space to think and reflect

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn't push harder. It's to pause and reflect.

For many accomplished women, life has been about building careers, businesses and families, solving problems and looking after everyone else. We become so used to doing that we rarely stop to ask ourselves what we need. Then something begins to shift. The career that once excited you no longer feels quite the same. Your priorities change. Success starts to mean something different. You know something needs to change, but you can't quite put your finger on what.

Pause isn't about standing still. It's about creating the time and space to step out of autopilot, reconnect with yourself and understand what's changing, so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Awaken: reconnect with yourself

When your life reflects who you are today, everything starts to feel different.

As we move through life, our priorities naturally change. What mattered ten or twenty years ago may no longer fit the person you've become. Yet many of us carry on living by old expectations, habits and definitions of success that no longer serve us.

Awaken is about reconnecting with yourself: your strengths, your experience your values and what matters most to you now. When your choices begin to reflect who you've become, rather than who you think you should be, life starts to feel more meaningful, purposeful and true to you.

Evolve: shape the future you want

Your next chapter isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more of who you already are and intentionally designing a life that reflects what matters most to you.

When we begin to see ageing not as the end of possibility, but as the beginning of a different kind of opportunity—one shaped by experience, perspective and choice—we start to approach this stage of life with optimism and excitement.

With experience comes perspective. With perspective comes confidence. And with confidence comes the freedom to make choices that reflect the life you want to live and in a way that works best for you.
