When the career you've worked so hard to build no longer feels quite the same, it's easy to mistake change for decline. The truth is, you're not becoming less capable. You're experiencing a stage of life that asks something different of you.
Perhaps this feels familiar ...
You've spent years building your career, earning respect and becoming the person others rely on. From the outside, very little has changed. But privately, you may be questioning whether you still want the life you've worked so hard to create, wondering what comes next, or questioning whether the way you've always worked is still the way you want to work. Many accomplished women mistake these feelings for losing their edge, when in reality they're experiencing a shift in priorities, perspective and what success means at this stage of life.
After more than 30 years of building and leading my own businesses, I found myself asking many of the same questions I now hear from the women I work with. I'm Jackie Clarke, founder of ProAge Coach, and today I help accomplished professional women create the time and space to think clearly, make sense of what's changing and move towards the next stage of life with clarity and confidence.

Jackie's supportive, direct and, at times, challenging approach kept me honest while helping me grow in confidence and gain a deeper understanding of myself. It was an incredibly valuable experience.
At the end of a 35-year Armed Forces career, Jackie provided invaluable guidance at a critical point in my transition. Always professional, kind and discreet, she worked at my pace while offering thoughtful challenge and compassionate, balanced feedback. Her insight gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to move forward.
Jackie's coaching has been a truly transformative experience. Without our sessions, I'm sure I would have felt far more anxious and stressed about my work and where I was heading. Instead, I now feel so much more confident and in control of my future, ironically because I've learned to embrace uncertainty rather than fear it.

Working with Jackie gave me the confidence to remember that I was capable of so much more. After being in the same role for a long time, I'd lost belief in myself. With her support, I've found the confidence to pursue the opportunities I've been longing for, and I can't thank her enough.
