Why ProAge matters

I bring more than 40 years’ experience across corporate, government, agency and entrepreneurial environments, including over 30 years building and leading businesses.

I understand the responsibility of senior roles, the isolation of difficult decisions and the challenge of balancing work with the rest of life.

At 57, I began asking different questions. I hadn’t lost my ambition or ability, but my priorities were changing. Rather than wind down, I chose to use everything I had learned differently and retrained as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School.

That experience shaped ProAge.

To me, ProAge means valuing your experience, staying open to change and making deliberate choices about how you want to work and live.

Today, I coach senior professional women who need space to think, clarity about what comes next or support to make an important change last. My role is to help you make confident choices and move forward in a way that works for you.

Think clearly

When you’re the person others rely on, it can be difficult to find space to think about what you need.

You may be dealing with a leadership challenge, weighing up an important decision or simply sensing that something isn’t working as well as it could. When you’re close to a situation, it’s not always easy to see it clearly.

Coaching gives you a confidential space to step back, question established patterns and consider the situation from a different perspective. You don’t need to arrive with a clearly defined goal. Sometimes the first step is having the space to work out what really needs your attention.

Shape what's next

Change doesn’t always mean leaving a career, role or life behind. It may mean approaching things differently, reconnecting with what matters or acknowledging that what once felt right no longer fits the person you are today.

The experience you’ve gained gives you judgement, perspective and a clearer understanding of what you do and don’t want. It also gives you more choices, even when those choices aren’t immediately obvious.

Together, we can explore what is changing, recognise the strengths you already have and intentionally shape what comes next around the life you want to live now.

Make change last

Knowing what you want to change is often the easy part. Staying with it when work becomes demanding or life gets busy is where many good intentions begin to unravel.

That doesn’t necessarily mean you lack motivation or willpower. You may need a clearer focus, a more realistic structure or support that helps you keep moving when progress feels difficult.

With the right structure and accountability, change becomes more manageable and consistent. The aim is not to make you dependent on coaching, but to help you build the habits, confidence and momentum to continue for yourself.
